Privacy and developmental-use notice

This notice explains how Transformative Solutions (Pty) Ltd uses information submitted through the Human-AI Leadership Snapshot™.

What we collect

We collect your assessment responses, name, email address, leadership role and any optional organisational information you choose to provide. We may also record the campaign source, submission time and diagnostic version.

Why we use it

We use this information to calculate and deliver your preliminary Snapshot, administer the priority-access list, respond to enquiries, improve the developmental diagnostic and, where you have separately consented, send occasional Unity-Centric AI Leadership™ insights and invitations.

Consent and communication

Processing needed to generate and deliver your result is separate from optional marketing consent. You may withdraw optional marketing consent at any time by contacting us.

Confidentiality and organisational reporting

Individual responses will be treated confidentially. If anonymised or aggregate insights are used to improve the framework or inform organisational reporting, they will not be presented in a way intended to identify you without an appropriate basis or permission.

Developmental use

The Snapshot is a proprietary developmental diagnostic and is not a validated psychometric assessment. It is not designed for recruitment, selection, performance management, medical, legal or other high-stakes decisions.

Retention and security

Information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and will be handled using appropriate access and security controls. Version 1 records may be retained to support reliability and validation work.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw optional communication consent, by writing to en@transol.io.
